To register a formal complaint and you are not an existing client, please send an email to the Enquiries address shown above and specify in the first line that you are wanting to initiate a complaint investigation – this will ensure your email is prioritised above general enquiries.

If you have an account with us, you will already have direct lines of communication and escalation; please use the email or phone contacts available to you and request a complaint investigation.

In either situation, the JMFG Compliance Team will then follow the company’s complaints handling procedures and follow through with you until the matter is satisfactorily resolved.
